    Homemade, Confit duck, pork and prune terrine, Melba toast, spiced plum chutney

    Honey glazed, walnut crusted Goat's cheese on a toasted brioche croute, beetroot, balsamic and thyme dressed salad

  • Mayonnaise au crabe au curi

    Lightly curried Crab mayonnaise, Lambs lettuce, vine tomatoes and house dressing

  • 'Bon bons' de Falafel Libanais (V)

    Lebanese style spiced chick pea and onion 'bon bons', tomato and red onion salad, minted yoghurt dressing


  • Supreme de Poulet Provencale

    Roast supreme of farm Chicken, ratatouille vegetables, provencale potatoes, tomato oil dressing

  • Roti de Saumon a la basquaise

    Pan roast fillet of Salmon, rosemary potatoes, warm salad of roasted mixed peppers, cherry tomatoes, green beans and chorizo

  • Confit de Canard a la normande

    Slow cooked confit leg of Duck, dauphinoise potatoes, buttered carrots and fine beans, rich apple and calvados jus

  • Entrecote ' Le Coq'

    Pan seared 28 day matured Sirloin steak, dauphinoise potatoes, fine beans, rich sauce of brandy, cream, mushrooms and dijon mustard

  • Tagine aux legumes (V)

    Courgettes, mixed peppers, red onions, chickpeas, sweet potatoes, tomato and apricots, cooked with moroccan spices, served with mint and lemon cous cous
