    Pan roasted supreme of farm Chicken, marinated with lemon and pepper, with ratatouille vegetables, rosemary potatoes, lemon and basil dressing

    Roast rump of Lamb, marinated with mediterannean herbs and spices with shallot puree, dauphinoise potatoes, red wine jus

    Slow cooked Packington Pork belly cooked in Haywood Park apple juice, black pudding, onion and potato croquettes, onion puree, celeriac and apple remoulade, apple and Calvados jus

    Pan fried tender Calf's liver, crisp pancetta, champ mash, rich Madeira and caramelised onion jus

  • Steak au Poivre Vert GF


    Pan seared 10oz Ribeye Steak, from Pat Clougher of Little Aston, cooked medium rare, served with fat chips, and a brandy, green peppercorn and cream sauce

    Slow cooked Confit leg of Duck, dauphinoise potatoes, rich orange and Grand Marnier sauce
