    Rich terrine, of Chicken, Pork, and mixed wild game meats, melba toast, caramelised onion jam GF*

  • Champignon farci Pane (V)

    Deep fried, breaded field mushroom, stuffed with spinach and goat's cheese, mixed leaves, red pesto dressing

  • Gateaux de Fromage de Chevre

    Savoury goat's cheese and caramelised red onion cheesecake, peppery rocket, beetroot coulis

  • Croquettes de Crabbe

    Thai style Crab cakes, peppery rocket, sweet chilli mayonnaise

all served with a medly of fresh vegetables, unless shown otherwise

Christmas Eve Menu - Plats Principaux

  • Roti de Dinde

    Roast breast of Christmas turkey, apricot, thyme, and cumberland sausage forcemeat, bacon roll, roast potatoes, rich pan gravy GF

  • Filet de porc a la Romana

    Pan roast Pork tenderloin, wrapped in dry cured ham and sage, dauphinoise potatoes, rich Marsala wine and mushroom sauce GF

  • Filet de Loup de Mer Provencale

    Pan seared fillet of Sea Bass, crushed potatoes, roasted mediterranean vegetables, tomato provencale GF

  • Steak au Poivre

    Pan seared Sirloin steak, with dressed leaves, fries, and a creamy brandy and peppercorn sauce GF

  • Aubergine au four au gratin (V)

    Chargrilled Aubergine, topped with tomato provencale, and a rich parmesan sauce, baked in the oven and served with garlic bread GF*
